INCREASED TRANSFER DUTY TARIFFS
TO ALL EXTENDED BUSINESS PARTNERS
Relative to the 2015/2016 Budget Speech the following changes to the transfer duty tariffs become effective with immediate effect:
Value of property (R) Rate
| 0 - 750 000 | 0% |
| 750 001 - 1 250 000 | 3% of the value above R750 000 |
| 1 250 001 - 1 750 000 | R15 000.00 + 6% of the value above R1 250 000 |
| 1 750 001 - 2 250 000 | R45 000.00 + 8% of the value above R1 750 000 |
| 2 250 001 and above | R85 000.00 + 11% of teh value above R2 250 000 |
